In partnership with the local authorities, Rufmo Consulting Ltd conducted an in-depth
Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) for for DRRDO, an NGO based in Gakacyo,
Galmudug state, Somalia. This assessment aimed to identify strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats within the organization to enhance their effectiveness and
sustainability. The findings were followed by a comprehensive capacity-building
program, focusing on governance, financial management, program development, and
monitoring and evaluation (M&E). Our goal was to empower this organization to
deliver better services and drive development in their communities more efficiently.
